We're a small team with big ideas. We combine our passion for creativity with strategic thinking and organisation to bring our client's stories to life.

WHO WE ARE:
TELLING your STORY THROUGH CREATIVITY

In the past we sat around a campfire and exchanged stories. Today we seek to build that same sense of community with businesses and organisations to tell their stories to the people around them

digitally and in press. Since we started in 2021, we’ve helped passionate people build community around their brands to help them tell their stories through design. We offer brand identity, web design, social media management, SEO strategy and videography. All this gives you the tools to tell your story.

This year we want to work with even more organisations across Scotland, from SME STEM companies to charities, churches, tourism brands and independent food & drink businesses who believe great stories build great communities.

Ocho

what does our name mean?

Branding & Marketing, and arguably advertising, is the art of story telling the modern age. A few years ago we dug deep into the question; "How do we tell the stories of organisations and businesses that we love"

We saw so many people with something to share with the world wether it was a product, a service or an idea. And at the same time, we saw them struggle to get their idea out there...

We came across "The Hero's Journey" A litterary framework first coined by Joseph Campbell. Wether you're Luke Skywalker or Rocky Balboa, you'll see this pattern running through every story.
The amazing thing we noticed is that you can also use this frame work in creating and communicating your brand to share it with your audience. It was from here that we created a framework of our own (Our 8 Chapters) which reflect the 8 major beats in the Hero's Journey.

Ocho is 8 is Spanish. And well, that's the story.

Listen

The First step is always to Listen. Before we jump into any project we ensure that we take the time to understand your organisation and the problem you want to solve.

Define

How do we know we understood? Simple - we repeat it back to you. We'll present your project to you with a proposal that covers everything we've discussed - and then we work to that.

Explore

We'll explore ideas, from trending ideas to tried and tested methods and put together an idea for how to move forward. We'll then present this to you.

Implement

This is where ideas become reality. We'll take everything we've discussed and make it a reality!

Refine

Things never stay the same for long. There are always updates or new innovations. So we are always coming back to stuff we've done and asking if it can be improved. When we think it can, we'll make a case and present it to you.

Analyse

Everything we do is backed up. Wether its getting a sense check from your team or pulling together analytics, we'll make sure we're always on track to where we want to be.

Evaluate

Analysis is nothing if we dont make decisions from what it says. We'll always let you know if and when things change. If its a better option we'll propose it to you!

Reach

With all this we reach your goal. Wether its where we set out to be or its a new horizon, we'll be by your side to help you reach your goal. And then its right beack to the next goal!
