As with many rebrands we started with the people who would interact with the brand and asked what do they want.
Much of the marketing material up until this point had focused on the speeds and quality of equipment offered - which was important for the customers to know but without a certain level of knowledge of the industry was hard to contextualise. Fibrecast and Ocho worked to develop marketing material that presented speeds and bandwidths into everyday measurables like 'how many people in the home can browse, stream or game at the same time'
a final crucial piece of the puzzle was to show the local roots of the business, this was already being done well but we worked to develop bespoke illustations that captured familiar imagery of Dundee and Tayside to show the business's love for the area.
